The Clean up of Echo Park Lake in Los Angeles
The lake had been drained before The Olympics in 1984. There were no fences at that time and the animals were on their own. The animals are being taken care of and a fence has been constructed to protect the park and members of East side community..What the drained lake looked like in 1984....
